Drop the empty, haul the full, and keep the can records straight.
Bring the right empty
The stop shows which size goes in and which can comes out. A swap is one stop with two can movements, and the app tracks both.
Drop and load
Set the empty where the full one sat, same placement rules as a delivery. Load the full can and check it is not over the rails before you pull.
Over the rails? Call it
An overloaded can is not safe to haul, so you refuse it. Flag it in the app and photograph it, and dispatch turns the trip into a dry run: a billable fee for a trip that could not be done, instead of an argument.
