What do the truck and can limits on each tier mean?
Plans are sized by how many trucks you run and how many cans you register, not how many people log in. Add office staff and driver logins on any plan without paying extra per person.
Are there per-user fees or paid add-ons?
No. Every feature in your tier is included. The booking page and reminders are not sold separately.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are monthly and cancellation is self-serve in Settings. No calls, no retention scripts.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can download a complete snapshot of every customer, order, invoice, and ticket record before or after you cancel. Your data is never held hostage.
