From quote to rental order

Capture the order right the first time: size, debris, placement, and dates.

  1. Start where the request starts

Requests from your booking page land in Leads. A lead is just someone who asked about a can but has not booked yet. Web requests arrive with the size, address, and date already filled in. When someone calls instead, you type it into the same form while you talk.

  2. Capture the four things that price the order

Can size, debris type, placement, and delivery date. Debris type matters more than it looks: heavy loads like concrete or dirt usually need their own dedicated can and get charged differently at the landfill.

  3. Quote negotiated work

For commercial projects with negotiated rates, open Quotes and send a written quote. For standard orders the rate sheet prices it on the spot.

  4. Confirm placement details

Driveway or street, protection boards, gate codes, whatever the driver needs to know. Street placement may need a municipal permit, and the customer confirms that with the city.

  5. Accept and schedule

Accepting creates the rental order and its delivery trip. Pick the date and window, and the can is committed. Your booking page updates on its own, so you cannot accidentally promise the same can twice.
