Open the rate sheet
Settings, then Rental pricing. Every quote and every invoice is computed from this one screen, so you set a price once and it applies everywhere.
Price each size
Set the base price for each can size. The base covers your standard rental period and a weight allowance in tons, so the customer hears one simple number for the normal case.
Set the overage rates
An overage is anything beyond what the base covered: extra days the can sat, or extra tons inside it at the scale. Set what each extra day and each extra ton costs. These are the two places roll-off money quietly leaks, and once the rates are set, the charges add themselves up.
Add trip fees
Swap, relocation, and dry-run fees. A dry run means the truck drove out and could not do the job, like a blocked can or a locked gate. The dry-run fee keeps that wasted trip from being free.
Sanity-check with a quote
Open Quotes and price a typical order. If the number matches what you would say on the phone, the sheet is right.
